About the Role

We are seeking an experienced midwife to join our team as a specialist in diabetes care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly successful maternity department that provides high-quality care to women and families.

As a Band 7 specialist midwife, you will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical expertise within our expanding maternal diabetes service. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement practice changes, ensuring the highest standards of midwifery care.

The post holder will have recent experience in midwifery settings at senior level, with evidence of advanced clinical skills and IV competency. You will also demonstrate experience in change management, leading projects, and achieving practice development and quality improvement.
