Tempest Resourcing Limited is partnering with a specialist SEMH school to recruit an experienced SEN Teacher Leader to join their team.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of teaching and support staff in providing high-quality education to students with SEMH needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with parents and carers, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop and implement IEPs tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- To collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student's development.
- To provide leadership and guidance to teaching and support staff in creating a supportive learning environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Primary or Secondary qualified.
- Experience working with students with SEMH or similar needs, either in a school setting or other relevant environments.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a focus on solutions and a commitment to ensuring each child succeeds.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.

- An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
