Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver personalized educational plans for students with SEND
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school initiatives promoting SEND best practices
  • Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed


Requirements:
  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of experience working with students with SEND
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional development
