Global Sales and Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our aerospace and defence business through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced sales professional with a strong background in industry expansion, market analysis, and customer engagement. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required, with a strong focus on telephone acquisition and excellent communication skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $150000 per annum, plus a monthly commission of up to $30000, as well as a range of benefits including 25 holidays per year, hybrid working, flexible working hours, and access to mental health support.
