We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Learning Disability Service in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and their families.

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for completing assessments, care managing a caseload, and exploring opportunities for each individual. You will develop positive lasting relationships with people with learning disabilities and their families, and gain an extensive knowledge of resources available in Middlesbrough.

We offer a supportive and friendly work environment, with opportunities for blended working and regular supervision. Our team is committed to improving the lives of young people and adults with learning disabilities, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and enthusiasm.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Social Worker qualification and be registered with Social Work England. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is committed to making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
