Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division is seeking a skilled HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on employee relations cases and coach managers on disciplinaries and grievances
  • Review and develop recruitment policies and procedures
  • Liaise with line managers to understand their recruitment needs and support with advertising, shortlisting, and selection
  • Support the HR team with employment issues and escalate to the relevant HR member
  • Coach and advise line managers on company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in recruitment and managing ER casework and policy development to achieve commercial results
  • Solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Ability to influence and coach others to improve performance and deliver best practice
