Head Resourcing is seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our team in a leading charity dedicated to preserving and promoting Scotland's natural and cultural heritage.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all users are proficient in using the new system, facilitating a smooth transition and maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the new solution.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, both in-person and remotely for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
  • Customise training programs to meet the specific needs of the end users.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software training.
  • Demonstratable proven experience in delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos.
  • Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers.
