A dynamic Primary School in Chichester is seeking a supportive individual to join their team as an Education Support Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teaching professionals to develop engaging activities and promote student participation
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a secure and healthy environment
  • Prepare materials and tidy up after activities to maintain organization
  • Foster positive relationships with students to create an optimal learning atmosphere
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and accurately
Requirements:
  • A genuine desire to work with children with special education needs
  • A caring, compassionate, and resilient nature
  • A proactive attitude with a 'can-do' approach
  • A DBS check (which the school can support you with)
  • Grades A*-C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Ideal transportation due to the location of the school
