KEYHOLDER ROLE

Primary Objective

The Keyholder is essential in driving store performance in sales, productivity, and service excellence by applying Kate Spade sales methodologies and service training. Responsibilities include achieving personal sales and productivity goals, delivering exceptional service, representing the Kate Spade brand to customers, acting as a brand ambassador, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Client & Service Specialist Responsibilities

  • Meeting personal sales objectives;
  • Developing extensive product knowledge across all categories;
  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a remarkable Kate Spade experience;
  • Building and nurturing a personal client base through effective sales techniques, proactive engagement, and leveraging client relationships.

Establishing Brand Value

  • Understanding and effectively conveying the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand values, and lifestyle to customers;
  • Demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Operational Excellence

  • Completing operational tasks in accordance with company policies;
  • Accurately processing all Point of Sale (POS) transactions;
  • Following visual merchandising guidelines to ensure store standards are met daily;
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as a Keyholder within the store.

  • Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus;
