Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic graduates to work as Teaching Assistants across Primary, Secondary, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Portsmouth, Fareham, and Gosport areas.

About the Role
  • No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • A recent degree, ideally with a 2:2 or higher, is required.
  • A passion for education and a can-do attitude are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in different ways are necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Work with students who have various SEND, and possibly work with students throughout Key Stages 1, 2, 3, and 4.
  • Be an excellent role model for young people, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Position: Full-Time Graduate/Teaching Assistant, term-time only
