Employment Advisor Opportunity

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a skilled Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build effective relationships with participants, working collaboratively to identify and overcome barriers to employment.
  2. Partner with participants to create comprehensive action plans, identifying career opportunities and employment-related barriers.
  3. Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on job boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up-to-date.
  4. Ensure participants have professional CVs, supporting statements, and covering letters tailored for each application.
  5. Work in a performance-driven environment, driving results and making a positive impact.
  6. Be passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives.
