Job Summary:

Ingeus is seeking an Employment Advisor to support participants in finding sustainable employment. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored support to help them overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with participants and create comprehensive action plans to identify career opportunities and address employment-related barriers.
  • Provide job search support, including guidance on job boards and digital profiles, and ensure participants have up-to-date and professional CVs and covering letters.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
  • Desire to help people and make a difference.
