Exciting Opportunity for a Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Moxie People, a leading provider of housing services in the UK.

As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our planned works programme and the development of future investment programmes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property surveys, including stock condition surveys, building surveys, and assessments such as Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS), Energy Assessments, environmental/estate surveys, and general building surveys.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date Asset Management data is maintained, capturing and recording condition data effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, options appraisal, feasibility studies, planned investment reports, and specific defect reports.
  • Work collaboratively with our remote team to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement programmes of surveys to optimize time and travel.
  • Stay up-to-date with Asbestos regulations and ensure compliance.
