Transforming Education for Young People with SEND

We are on a mission to enhance the quality of education provided to young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) and Disabilities in West Midlands. Our team is dedicated to supporting children and young people with SEMH needs, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.

This role involves providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs referred to Targeted Provision by local authorities and schools. If selected, your role will be to provide support via flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have Professional Teaching Qualifications, a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, and experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs. You must also have Enhanced DBS clearance and two professional references.
