Event Manager

Screen International Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their dynamic team and take charge of an award-winning portfolio.
The Event Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing event strategies to drive revenue and boost community engagement.
- Managing commercial relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
- Leading the event team in day-to-day operations, managing direct reports, and working cross-functionally.
- Building and strengthening partnerships to drive revenue and boost community engagement.
- Supervising marketing communications to ensure alignment with event management goals.
- Analysing market trends to innovate and develop new concepts and programs for the event.
- Strategising and implementing methods to increase visitor attendance.
- Developing commercial campaigns to achieve revenue growth.
- Attending industry events to stay current on market trends.
- Overseeing the event's digital strategy and execution.
- Driving revenue through stand and sponsorship sales.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Event Manager or Senior Sales Manager, with expertise in strategy, P&L oversight, and stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to boost team performance.
- Solid sales skills, with a track record of handling objections, sourcing leads, and creating partnership and sponsorship proposals.
- Innovative and forward-thinking, with a sharp awareness of market trends and future opportunities in the events industry.
- Strong creativity in developing standout event concepts.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
