Key Responsibilities:- Deliver internal communications for strategic global change programs, ensuring internal audiences understand the change rationale and minimizing disruption to the business.
- Assist with developing and implementing corporate internal communications strategies on behalf of Nokia's most senior leaders.
- Create impactful and innovative internal comms campaigns to drive engagement on corporate initiatives, including Brand and Sustainability.
- Deliver quarterly financial results internal communications and strategic business updates.
- In collaboration with subject matter experts, deliver timely and effective crisis communications to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure a consistently high standard for governance, implementation of processes, and use of comms channels across Nokia's virtual internal comms community.
- Excellent internal communications skills and experience, demonstrating knowledge of industry best practice.
- Motivation to deliver creative and innovative comms solutions.
- 5-10 years' experience of business transformation and change communications in global matrixed organizations.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the experience to understand complex business requirements and dependencies.
- Fast-paced and flexible, able to work effectively in a rapidly changing, intensive, and virtual environment across time zones.
- Fluent written and oral skills in English.
