About the Role

As a Kitchen Sales Designer at Magnet, you will be part of a fast-paced, sales-driven team, working closely with customers to design and deliver their ideal kitchens. With over 100 years of experience behind us, joining Magnet means joining one of the UK's biggest and best-known kitchen brands.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and assist trade and retail customers in designing and purchasing their ideal kitchens.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with traders, including builders, developers, and contractors.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to installation and aftercare.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Utilise your design expertise and product knowledge to provide creative and functional solutions for customers.
Your Skillset for Success
  • Experience working in a sales-focused, trade environment.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A strong passion for reaching sales targets.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales and trade environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with traders to ensure successful project outcomes and maintain strong, productive working relationships.
