Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Process Engineer to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining process maps and PFMEAs, collaborating with production teams, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements.

Key Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of continuous improvement methods and 2D CAD systems like AutoCAD.
  • Experience with improvement projects in Lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Standard work, Kanban, and value stream mapping.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality systems or equivalent highly regulated environments.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package including:

  • A salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 30 with service.
