Landscaping Assistant

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Grounds team as a Groundsman Apprentice. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring the grounds are presented to the highest standards.
The Role:- Maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, adhering to health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Perform routine maintenance of grounds equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the maintenance of the fleet, ensuring vehicles remain in roadworthy condition.
- Maintain all external areas of hygiene to a very high standard.
- Main duties include maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, performing routine equipment maintenance, and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Essential: English & Maths GCSE's (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent qualifications.
- Receive comprehensive training and develop valuable skills in grounds maintenance.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location for this role is Banbury, and we offer a competitive salary package that reflects the local market rates.
