We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our Finance Operations team as the Head of Source to Pay. This is a critical role that will lead the development and implementation of our global source to pay strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver commercial value and improved service. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business partnering strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all source to pay policies.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of global source to pay operations, strategic sourcing, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and innovate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the global source to pay strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective business partnering strategies to drive commercial value and improved service.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders and third-party providers.
- Ensure compliance with all source to pay policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure the development of individual members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve service delivery.
- Proven experience of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of global source to pay operations, strategic sourcing, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovate.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Experience of working with third-party providers and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
