Role Overview:
This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading by example, and contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of £65,000 - £80,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a generous CPD allowance, company pension scheme, and access to state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care, including routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with our team of veterinary nurses and support staff.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the clinic during your shifts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Shift Details: 40 hours per week over 4 days (Full Time)
