Care Services Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Services Supervisor to join our team at Quarriers. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality services to our service users.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position working 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, supported by Project Managers. You will need to hold a SVQ Social Care level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Ensure compliance with all organisational administrative tasks and policies
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet the needs of service users
- Collaborate with Project Managers to achieve service goals and objectives
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- A generous holiday entitlement of 29 annual holiday days + 4 public holidays for support staff (rising to 34 days after 5 years)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of SVQ Social Care level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent leadership and management skills
