About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at Mulberry, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in our retail stores. You will be the face of the brand, providing expert knowledge and advice to customers, and helping them to find the perfect product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.

About You

You will be confident, articulate, and able to build strong relationships with customers. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and efficiently.
