About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join ARU's team of experienced administrators. As an Academic Registry Specialist, you will be involved in creating and maintaining the records of ARU's curriculum on our student record systems and the development and implementation of quality assurance and enhancement systems.

You will work extensively with database systems, academic procedures, committee work, and current and emerging policies in the FE and HE sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include providing policy advice and guidance to colleagues on a full range of quality assurance policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with ARU's systems and academic regulatory framework.

This role offers a unique opportunity to diversify your skills and knowledge base while working collaboratively with other Services within the Academic Registry. You will be a key source for informed advice and guidance to senior academic staff, leveraging your advanced IT literacy and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality results in a pressurised environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or part-qualified professional qualification in a relevant field, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Experience managing multiple priorities is essential, and you will have a strong ability to work flexibly and accurately under pressure.
