Job Title: Procure-to-Pay Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procure-to-Pay Specialist to join our team at LegalAndGeneral. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business buying activities across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business buying activities across the group, ensuring timely and efficient procurement processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by completing tasks quickly to a high quality, ensuring a positive experience for our stakeholders.
  • Manage requisition queues and purchase order approvals, ensuring seamless communication with the Accounts Payable team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure an efficient and effective process, aligning with our compliance policies.
  • Ensure best practices are used throughout the procurement process, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a procurement or accounts payable team, with a strong understanding of procurement tools and systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Well-organized with good problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
