The Role

As a Strategic Governance Program Manager, you will lead complex programs from the Governance & Legal space, navigating ambiguity with ease. You will apply program management methodologies to multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing progress and risk to deliver sustainable change.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the success of programs against their aims, goals, and objectives, sharing lessons and insights across the business.
  • Drive engagement across the team by building relationships, sharing constructive feedback, and challenging established ways of thinking.
  • Leverage your expertise to coach others and develop consistent approaches to project and program management.
  • Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across GovLegal and other Operational teams, using knowledge of project methodologies.
  • Track progress, maintain up-to-date information, and anticipate and propose solutions to issues and risks.

Requirements

  • A strong track record of cross-functional coordination across various teams and functional areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead within a matrix organisation through diplomacy and relationship-building.
  • Depth of knowledge and experience in applying coaching techniques to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in leading a dispersed team via influence to effectively deliver programs and projects across all GovLegal teams.

About the Opportunity

£120,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
