As a Vehicle Development Specialist with Manpower Uk Ltd in Milton Keynes, you will be responsible for the test and validation of vehicle functions, operation, and reliability. This role offers a competitive salary of £19 per hour via PAYE, along with a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement vehicle testing procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Familiarize yourself with fundamental mechanical and electrical skills, preferably in an automotive context.
  • Work safely and comply with legal and company safety policies at all times.
  • Manage and maintain vehicle systems, including instrumentation setup and calibration.
  • Collaborate with Test Engineers to gather accurate data and identify potential issues.
  • Support the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the section.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Fully proficient in mechanical and electrical skills, preferably in an automotive context.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
