About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Education Consultant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Primary Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and development of staff for a group of primary schools in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and vetting quality candidates for primary education positions
  • Matching candidates with suitable roles and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process
  • Conducting educator interviews and liaising with primary schools for service reviews
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve recruitment goals
Requirements
  • Experience in a pressured role, preferably in education recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Resilience and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in education
  • Ability to think logically and plan, deliver, and follow-up on tasks
  • Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a willingness to listen to people
  • Autonomy and initiative, with a strong team player mentality
