The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and filling internal vacancies as well as site-specific positions. This role involves managing internal databases and recruitment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in recruitment and headhunting for various roles.
- Adapt recruitment strategies as necessary.
- Draft and refine job descriptions.
- Post job openings on multiple job boards.
- Shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Submit CVs to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews.
- Extend job offers and prepare offer letters.
- Draft and distribute employment contracts.
- Facilitate IT and phone setup by completing necessary forms.
- Maintain communication with new hires prior to their start date, including confirmation of induction.
- Oversee the induction process on the first day.
- Complete new hire paperwork and update People HR.
- Manage the operator database effectively.
- Proactively search for and recruit new operators and teams.
- Conduct interviews via telephone, site visits, and face-to-face meetings.
- Complete registration forms and maintain accurate operator/team records.
- Communicate and collaborate with agencies as needed.
- Keep precise records of on-site personnel.
- Disseminate updates and guidance to relevant team members.
