Fitch Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Commercial Graduate Program. As a Commercial Graduate Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive program that integrates Fitch Solutions' organizational learning objectives, outcomes, and evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Early Talent Team to develop a program structure, curriculum, and learning materials tailored to the specific needs of the commercial business.
- Partner with the Early Talent Team to ensure cross-program experiences, networking, and exposure.
- Consistently grow and progress the overall Commercial Graduate Program at Fitch Solutions across three offices (U.S., U.K., and Asia) year over year.
- Track and report upon retention statistics from the program to Senior Management.
- Partner with key stakeholders and collaborators to deliver a best-in-class graduate program experience.

- Exhibited flexibility and agility, with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing program needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with and influence senior-level executives.
