About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Childhood Vaccination Outreach Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing the uptake of childhood immunisations and promoting NHS immunisation campaigns within our network of practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving public health and making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. The role involves working closely with patients, families, and carers to support their personalised care needs and ensuring access to appropriate vaccinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake responsibilities in line with practice demand for childhood vaccinations
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients and families, considering health inequalities and diversity
  • Participate in outreach activities to raise childhood vaccination awareness and uptake
  • Work closely with other health, social, and educational care professionals to identify and support patients

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable people
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Clear, polite telephone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement and opportunities for professional development.
