Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, fostering a positive atmosphere for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Offer one-on-one assistance to students who require extra help, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or sociology.
  • Experience working with children or young adults, although not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A willingness to apply for an Enhanced Child DBS and undergo relevant training.
