Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our Mansfield site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the product meets the required specification, report any defects to supervision, and maintain accurate records.
  • To inspect and package products to meet quality standards, remove any defective items, and label products correctly.
  • To operate machinery safely and efficiently, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:


We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:



  • Previous experience operating machinery and maintaining equipment.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and practices within a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including shifts and overtime as required.
