Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Answering phone calls and managing the marketing mailbox

  • Distributing and monitoring responses to Survey Monkey on Off Hire
  • Formatting data in Excel spreadsheets
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
  • Proven design skills
  • Good grasp of grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to navigate gatekeepers for research purposes
  • Ability to liaise with external suppliers, such as designers
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
