Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage workload, including data entry and administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients and providers to request and chase policy information, relating to pensions, investments, and protection policies
- Recently qualified Graduate (Economics/Finance/Financial Services Related) or Administrator
- Ideal candidate will have some administration experience or previous experience gained within an IFA firm or regulated environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Commitment to pass basic internal financial services exams within 3 months of employment
- 35 hour week with hybrid working
