Sales and Business Growth Manager
At oilandgas, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Growth Manager to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth. With a strong background in sales management and business development, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maximising sales revenue.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Providing technical and commercial support to sales staff
  • Managing marketing activities to support sales efforts
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and business development, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams. You will be a strong communicator and leader, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave, private medical insurance, and a pension plan.
