Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance on advanced material handling systems
  2. Create and execute comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategies
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in conveyor systems, AGVs, and robotic picking units
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce energy usage
  5. Coordinate with operations teams to minimize production disruptions
  6. Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and system performance metrics
  7. Uphold stringent health and safety standards in all work activities
Requirements:
  1. HNC/HND in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) or equivalent
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, ideally with material handling systems
  3. Proficiency in electrical systems, PLC programming, and motor control technologies
  4. Familiarity with conveyor systems, robotics, and AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems)
  5. Capability to decipher complex electrical schematics and technical blueprints
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and performance under pressure
  7. Flexibility to work occasional weekends and participate in on-call rotations
