Job Description:
GSL Education in Chelmsford is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Individualised Support Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with unique learning requirements, working collaboratively with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to implement individualised education plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of students. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support and sharing of best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress.

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
