We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Director to lead our client portfolio and drive exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of clients and develop strategic media plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our paid media directors and team to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insightful reporting to clients, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and support junior team members, providing coaching and training to help them achieve their career ambitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our media strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing account management, with a strong track record of delivering high-performing campaigns and exceeding client expectations.
- Active certificates in Google exams, including AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, and Display Advertising.
- Expertise in Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and VK platforms, as well as programmatic platforms such as DV360 and Trade Desk.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and industry trends.
Desirable Skills
- Experience presenting at industry events or publishing articles in trade press.
- Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Experience with Google 360 products, including Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Analytics 360.
