Senior Insurance Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Leader to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team to deliver the best customer outcomes, meeting all Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Implement risk management plans to ensure every colleague meets risk and quality assurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to highlight potential barriers to retention or new sales and promote opportunities for business growth.
  • Constructively highlight operational needs or requirements to ensure an optimal customer journey.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and leading teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Strong commercial leader with a commercial focus and financial awareness.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership of driving new ideas and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
