Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Insights Coordinator to support the delivery of Project Management Office (PMO) services.

This role involves having a flair for data analysis and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality reporting solutions.

The day-to-day work is interesting and challenging amidst a hardworking and delivery-focused company ethos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our management control and reporting system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Support and improve the department's management control and reporting system, ensuring high-quality delivery against the agreed PMO reporting schedule.
  • Process Maintenance: Maintain the department's process and policy library, reviewing regularly and communicating changes, as well as completing periodic reading reviews.
  • Reporting: Develop and produce repeatable and ad-hoc management information associated with delivery portfolios and lifecycles, including KPI information.
  • Assurance: Provide assurance that reporting remains aligned to the Business as it continues to evolve, making changes as required.
  • Data Understanding: Understand data analysis within multiple disciplines, including migration, integration, BI, reporting, cleansing, and conversion.
  • Trend Analysis: Conduct trend analysis within reports and datasets to support ad-hoc data requests from departmental management and the wider Technology management audience.
  • System Analysis: Lead on capturing system and functional analysis where required to evolve and change the Project Office and SharePoint systems and processes.
  • Documentation: Document analysis requirements appropriately with internal technology stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Change Coordination: Help coordinate and test internal change within PMO.
Requirements
  • Commercial experience and/or qualifications in P30, project management methodology including PRINCE2 or AgilePM.
  • Strong Microsoft Skills including Excel and Project Office.
  • Experience using Power BI.
  • Ability to network effectively, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical thinking to simplify and resolve possible challenges, processes, or projects into component parts exploring and evaluating them systematically.
  • Self-motivation to operate with minimal supervision and as a member of a team, whilst managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present confidently, effectively, and clearly.
  • Ability to be inquisitive and curious, ensuring the right questions are asked of the right people to understand the root cause.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £57,500 per annum, depending on experience.
