About the Role

The Christie NHS FT is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Education Lead to join our team. As a key member of our radiotherapy department, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of clinical education programs for pre- and post-registration learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement clinical education programs for radiotherapy learners, ensuring alignment with national standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner universities and healthcare organizations to ensure seamless integration of clinical education programs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and education leaders to identify and address education and training needs across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to learners, educators, and other stakeholders on radiotherapy education and training.
Requirements
  • DCR(T) or BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography or a related field.
  • Therapeutic Radiographer State Registered Therapeutic Radiographer.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Significant experience in clinical education leadership, preferably in radiotherapy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
