Relationship Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. As a key member of our fund services team, you will be responsible for managing key sponsor and third-party Investment Manager relationships, ensuring top-tier service and collaborating with internal teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key sponsor and third-party Investment Manager relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational excellence
  • Assist with bi-weekly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reviews for Sponsors and IMs
  • Provide technical advice to resolve complex problems and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Support management in reviewing processes, implementing controls, and delivering operational changes
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Investment Management Operations, Depositary, or Fund Accounting
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks around funds
  • Confident and able to lead with initiative
