Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing medical translation projects, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with the language services team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Oversee medical translation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  3. Collaborate with the language services team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  4. Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in the medical sector.
  2. Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of medical terminology and translation industry standards.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  7. Bachelor's degree in languages, communication, business, or a related field.
