Fire and Security Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Installation Specialist to join our team at 1st Step. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to take on a challenging role as part of our National M&E Contractor.
About the Role:
- Install and test fire and security systems in accordance with relevant codes of practice.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
- Manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide technical support during construction phases, verifying installations meet design specifications.
- Possess solid mechanical knowledge related to building systems and construction practices.
- Experience in system design, particularly for fire and security applications.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in installation processes.
- Understanding of electrical systems in relation to fire safety equipment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £36,000 per year, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour working week.
- A company van for business use only, along with a phone, laptop, and tablet.
