Respiratory and Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing expert care to patients with complex respiratory and rehabilitation needs. As a member of our Critical Care/ Respiratory/ Surgical Therapy Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art hospital, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
This role requires a skilled professional who can assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, medical, and respiratory issues. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring they receive the best possible training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessments and treatments for patients with respiratory and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement training programs for junior staff members, focusing on clinical skills development and on-call competency.
- Participate in Departmental Planned Out of Hours Working and Emergency On-Call Rota.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience in a rotational role, providing a broad range of clinical experiences.
Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (dependent on experience).
