About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our Swindon team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning for service users
  • Develop and deliver structured content within group settings to promote recovery and resilience
  • Engage with service users to support social integration and promote self-determination
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health interventions and services
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and able to work independently, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice
  • Ability to manage change successfully and prioritize the needs of service users

  • Competitive salary range: £27,529.41 - £31,529.41 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, rising by 1 day for each year's service (capped at 30 days)
