Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Restoration1ofbirmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Use your product knowledge to identify and meet customers' needs, providing personalized travel solutions.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and drive sales leads.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand exposure and drive sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
- A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
- Good accuracy and numerical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the growth and success of the business.
- Competent IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
