Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Restoration1ofbirmingham. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers plan and book their holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Use your product knowledge to recommend and sell travel packages that meet our customers' needs
- Work with our team to drive business through social media, events, and other marketing initiatives
- Participate in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of our branch
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing excellent customer service and selling travel packages
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including administrative duties and following processes accurately
- At least 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role
- A proven sales record and excellent communication skills
- Good accuracy and numerical skills, as well as enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Competent IT skills and a good working knowledge of tour operator systems
- Excellent travel product knowledge and customer service experience
