We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic, integrated therapy service. Our well-established teams work together to provide holistic models of care, with excellent relationships between early years, schools, health, and social care colleagues.

This is a great opportunity to develop your clinical skills in a supportive and established Children's Therapy Team in a beautiful location.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex needs, including neurodisability, developmental delay, musculoskeletal, and neuromuscular conditions and developmental coordination disorder.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner with health, education staff, children/young people, and their parents to deliver integrated specialised packages of care.
  • Train students, other professionals, and staff from other agencies who work with children with functional difficulties.
Requirements
  • Recognised Occupational Therapy degree level qualification or equivalent.
  • Registered member of Health and Care Professions Council.
Experience
  • Experience working with individuals with various disorders and/or delays.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Experience engaging with clinical supervision.
  • Experience working in changing environments.
  • Integrated working experience in multi-professional teams.
  • Training and presentation experience.
Security Clearance

This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service Check due to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.

Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per year based on full-time hours.
